The headers themselves are precision bent on CNC mandrel benders so you can expect the highest quality for you Scion. They even machine grind the flange mating surface to make sure each of their systems have a leak-free seal. The headers come in 304 stainless steel and in mild steel with a proprietary temperature and a corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. After the mild-steel systems are completed, they are subjected to a thermal degrease and sandblasted to prepare the header's surface for coating adhesion. Each of these are hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the headers are cured for proper bonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish.
